About me

Hi there! My name's Edoardo. I was born and raised in Italy and Italian is my mother tongue.

I really like computers. I've been liking them since 2015, when I was 14 and started learning Python, my first programming language. Quite some time has passed since then and I had the opportunity to write code in many other programming languages. I chose some of them out of interest, while others were required by my educational path. Despite trying many of them, my favorite is C. I know older standards better, like C99, but I don't despise newer standards either, like C23. Although computer science and engineering fields constitute my primary interests, they are not the only ones.

Between September and December 2024 I learned the basics of Blender and 3D modeling with a famous free course for beginners (uploaded by Blender Guru a.k.a. "the donut guy" on Youtube). Some time has passed since then, though, so I probably need to review some stuff before making something new.

I'm also studying at university for a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Its programme mixes theoretical elements from computer science with practical aspects from computer engineering and software engineering. After that I plan to begin a master's degree in the same field.
