My areas of interest
I've always been more interested in formal and natural sciences, as well as engineering, rather than anthropology, social sciences, and philosophy. I'm particularly interested in mathematics and computer science. I'm also interested in electronics, although I've never studied it much, yet.
Below follows a boring list of my fields of interest for each macro-subject.
Mathematics:
- linear algebra
- mathematical optimization
- category theory
Computer science and engineering:
- networking and telecommunications
- cryptography
- algorithms and data structures
- concurrent and parallel programming
- functional programming
- operating systems, especially kernels
- instruction set architectures and microarchitectures
- firmware and device driver writing
Electronics:
- circuits
- hardware buses and interfaces
